First launched in 2010, the EK series of servo-driven hydraulic toggle machines took a team of 60 dedicated professionals three years to develop, with models ranging from 100 to 4000 tonnes locking force.
Eliminates external bending and keeps locking force parallel to the centre of the mould, protecting moulds and improving accuracy while reducing tonnage loss and energy consumption.
The ECO energy-saving series, equipped with BOLE's latest electric screw drive, enables energy savings of up to 35% during the plasticising phase and over 18% saving in total machine energy consumption.
